+## Partial / uncertain development and measurement notes
+These are visible in the source but not confidently readable enough to treat as exact transcription:

+- Several development-column entries appear to be gram conversions of the recorded imperial weights.
+- Some entries also seem to include measurements such as:

+  - `C 45 1/2 cm`
+  - `L 31"`
+  - `C 18 1/2"`
+  - later entries around `111 cm` and `114 cm`
+- One later note clearly appears to mention `Tonsillitis`.
+- Some later-childhood entries also appear to record additional body measurements (possibly head circumference / chest circumference), but the handwriting is too dense to transcribe with confidence from the current images.

+## Notes on reliability
+- The split left/right photos improved readability a lot compared with the original full-card image.
+- Early infancy entries through about 18 months are the strongest and most reliable.
+- Later entries are usable in part, but several contain overlapping, crossed-out, or cramped handwriting.
+- Where uncertain, this file preserves the likely reading while clearly marking it as approximate rather than pretending certainty.
